AdThrive Accelerate Summit is for professional publishers in the AdThrive Community looking to improve their business. If space is still available after AdThrive publishers have a chance to register, we'll open up applications to other professional-level publishers at a per-ticket rate of $799.
Because we believe in your business and want to invest in your success, we're going to cover the full cost of one ticket to the event (that's $799!) for our AdThrive members who want to attend! Attendees are responsible for paying for their hotel, travel and some dinners. We’ll also need a $149 deposit in order to secure your spot, which will be refunded to you when you check in at the Summit. If space is available, non-AdThrivers may attend at a per-ticket rate of $799.
The Summit will take place in Austin, Texas at the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown on March 22-24, 2018. The sessions will start at 2pm on Thursday, March 22nd, and end by 3pm on Saturday, March 24th.
Book your room at the Omni by calling 1-800-THE-OMNI or visiting this special link for Summit attendees. Tell them you're in the AdThrive Accelerate Summit Group to get the promotional rate of $219/night.
Your top-notch experts will be entrepreneur and best-selling author Randi Zuckerberg, CafeMedia co-founder Andrew Shue, social media expert Mari Smith, email marketing expert DJ Waldow, video expert Tanya Martineau and SO many more! The full list of speakers will be released soon!
Your AdThrive Accelerate Summit ticket gets you access to two and a half days of top-level sessions and intensive expert training, breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks, one-on-one time with the top bloggers in the industry, and most important of all, hugs (or handshakes) from your AdThrive team! You’ll also get tons of tools, reading material, and information specific to your tracks and a swag bag full of fun goodies!
Our main goal is to see as many people attend from each site we work with as possible! We know many sites have multiple partners, contributors, assistants, etc., so we plan to open up registration for one free ticket per site at first, and then will offer extra tickets at a discount if space allows.
We know last minute things come up! If for some reason you won’t be able to attend the AdThrive Accelerate Summit, please let the AdThrive team know ASAP at email@example.com. Tickets cannot be sold/transferred/exchanged without consent from the AdThrive team.
Since AdThrive is providing Summit tickets for free, refunds are not available. However, you will be refunded the $149 deposit after you’ve checked in at the Summit.
Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is located just 7 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. A quick Uber or cab ride and you’re there!
The hotel offers valet parking for $40 plus tax overnight or self-parking for $32 plus tax for overnight guests in an underground secured lot.
Nope! The Omni is offering an awesome rate for our attendees, but you're welcome to stay throughout Austin. Check out another nearby hotel, use Airbnb (so many fun local places!), or stay with friends - your choice!
We would LOVE for you to share a room! We do have a limited number of rooms available in our blocks, so we would encourage attendees to find a roomie to help us make sure as many AdThrivers can stay at the hotel as possible. Need help finding a roommate? Feel free to send a shout out in the AdThrive Community Facebook group!
We’re planning to make you work hard so we’ll have yummy breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks throughout the day. We also hope you’ll get to enjoy exploring the awesome local restaurants and nightlife in Austin as well!
We’ll do our very best to cater to any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please make sure to let us know on your application if you have any.
We’ve got you covered! We will provide internet access throughout the duration of the conference (note that the hotel itself doesn’t offer free Wi-Fi).
We’ll have everything ready and waiting for you when you check-in at the Summit! Please make sure to have a government-issued ID so we can verify your identity. Check-ins will begin at 8 AM and continue until 15 minutes before our first session.
This is a working event so please bring everything you need for success! Laptops, cameras, phones, notebooks are welcomed. We ask that professional cameras are only used in the video track session for projects. None of the other sessions should be professionally recorded.
Mostly pleasant, but probably cooler in the evenings. Typically in March, Austin temperatures average highs from 69-75°F and lows 48-55 °F.
Business casual is great! To us, that means jeans and a blazer, a comfy dress and a cardigan, a polo and chino pants, or something along those lines! Ultimately, our team is going to prioritize comfort (especially when it comes to shoes!). We'll be packing a light jacket just in case the rooms are cold or we want to take an evening walk under the Texas moon!
Yep! You can select whatever track you’d like to focus on in your registration application. Please note that each track will have limited spots, so don’t delay!
Nope, its okay if you don’t want to attend every single session. We do ask that you attend all of your track sessions in order to make sure you don’t miss out on any project opportunities!
All of our track session leaders will lead a general session in addition to their intensive track sessions so you’ll have the opportunity to still learn from them as well! We do ask that you stick to your chosen track during intensive sessions since that time will be geared toward completing your project.
Absolutely! The AdThrive team works remote, so we’ll be right there with you trying to meet everyone but also get a little work done in our spare time too. We’ll have designated times for you to take a quick break, have a one-on-one session with friends, or take a quick nap.
The Summit won’t be recorded in its entirety this year -- only select sessions may be recorded and posted at a later date. If you’re able to attend, we highly recommend it over waiting for replays! ;)
We completely understand that it’s difficult to leave a little one at home! However, this will be an intensive working conference and childcare won’t be provided.
