Erin and Ben Napier, hosts of HGTV’s Home Town, will be kicking off the AdThrive Summit 2019 as our keynote speakers for this year! When they’re not restoring homes, their passion for small-town revitalization and American craftsmanship is evident in their store, Laurel Mercantile Co., where they design and manufacture heirloom wares and durable goods made exclusively in the United States.

They live in Laurel, Mississippi with their infant daughter, Helen.

Fran Hauser is a long-time media executive, startup investor and best-selling author. She's held senior positions at some of the world’s largest digital media businesses, including PEOPLE, InStyle, Entertainment Weekly and AOL. Now a startup investor, Fran was named one of Business Insider's "30 Women In Venture Capital to Watch in 2018." Back by popular demand, Bill Hoogterp will be joining us at this year's Summit! Bill gave his first commencement speech while still in his 20s. As he built his career in the nonprofit and online world, he developed a niche: tips and tricks for teaching other people to become great speakers. This system evolved to become Own the Room.

He has delivered Own The Room methodology, leadership training, and executive coaching to business executives, celebrities, and athletes on five continents and across numerous sectors.

He has spent most of his career working with businesses and corporations to expand their reach through digital marketing and his most recent calling puts the focus on bloggers and publishers. Jeff's Mastermind course helps equip publishers to be SEO experts in regards to their sites, however, he'll be taking things to the next level at the AdThrive Summit so you don't want to miss it!

Who is the AdThrive Accelerate Summit geared towards?

The AdThrive Accelerate Summit is for professional publishers in the AdThrive Community looking to improve their business. If space is still available after AdThrive publishers have a chance to register, other professional-level publishers may attend at a per-ticket rate of $799.

How much does it cost to attend?

Because we believe in your business and want to invest in your success, we're going to cover the full cost of one ticket to the event (that's $799!) for our AdThrive members who want to attend! Attendees are responsible for paying for their hotel, travel, and dinners. We’ll also need a $149 deposit to secure your spot, which will be refunded when you check in at the Summit.

AdThrive Site Partner tickets (for 1 additional attendee per AdThrive account) are available to purchase for $300.

If space is available, non-AdThrivers may attend at a per-ticket rate of $799.

When and where is the 2019 Summit?

This year’s Summit will take place in Austin, Texas at THE LINE Austin on October 16-18, 2019. The sessions will start at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, October 16, and end by 4:30 pm on Friday, October 18.

What's different about the Summit this year?

With the help of your feedback from last year, we're crafting an even better experience for you! This year, we're giving you more flexibility and time to make sure you get to attend as many classes as you want, focusing on two specific areas of your business instead of four, and exciting new breakout sessions!

How do I book my hotel room?

This year we have room blocks reserved at two hotels: The Line Hotel (where all Summit activities will take place) and Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin North/Parmer Lane.

If you’d like to stay at The Line Hotel, you can use this booking link or call the hotel and say you’re with AdThrive for the discounted rate starting at $299/night.

If you'd like to stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin North/Parmer Lane, you can book a room through this link or call the hotel and say you’re with AdThrive for the discounted rate of $159/night. We will have a shuttle option for anyone staying at this hotel to take you to and from The Summit each day!

Last year, AdThrive publishers also stayed at nearby hotels or Airbnb options (so many fun local places!) or with friends. Feel free to do what works best for you!

What's included with my ticket?

Your AdThrive Accelerate Summit ticket gets you access to two and a half days of top-level sessions and intensive training, breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks, one-on-one time with the top bloggers in the industry, and most important of all, hugs (or handshakes) from your AdThrive team! You’ll also get a swag bag full of fun goodies (but not TOO full so you can hopefully fit it in your suitcase)!  

Can I bring my spouse / assistant / business partner?

Our main goal is to see as many people attend from each site we work with as possible! We know many sites have multiple partners, contributors, assistants, etc., so we have one free ticket available per AdThrive account and one additional ticket available at a discount!

Can I sell/transfer my ticket?

We know last minute things come up! If for some reason you won’t be able to attend the AdThrive Accelerate Summit, please let the AdThrive team know ASAP at events@adthrive.com. Ticket sales/transfers/exchanges require consent from the AdThrive team.

Are refunds available?

Since we're providing primary Summit tickets for free (with deposit), refunds are not available. However, you will receive your $149 deposit back after you’ve checked in at the Summit.

What airport should I fly into?

The Line Hotel is located just 7 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. A quick Uber or cab ride and you’re there!

Where do I park at The Line Hotel?

For hotel guests, parking is valet-only and it’s $42 per night. For any locals not staying at the hotel and only coming for the events, parking is $10/hour, up to $42+tax per day.

Can I share a room at the The Line Hotel with other attendees?

We would LOVE for you to share a room! We do have a limited number of rooms available in our blocks, so we encourage attendees to find a roomie to help us make sure as many AdThrivers can stay at the hotel as possible.

How can I connect with other attendees before the event?

Are you going to feed me all day?

Yes! We’re planning to make you work hard so we’ll have yummy breakfast, lunch, drinks, and snacks throughout the day. For dinner, we hope you’ll enjoy exploring the awesome local restaurants and nightlife in Austin as well!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We’ll do our very best to cater to any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please make sure to let us know in your ticket registration if you have any.

What’s the internet situation?

We’ve got you covered! We will provide internet access throughout the duration of the conference and The Line Hotel offers complimentary in-room Wi-Fi.

When and where do I pick up my Summit ticket and badge?

We’ll have everything ready and waiting for you when you check-in at the Summit! Please make sure to have a government-issued ID so we can verify your identity. Check-ins will begin at 10 AM and continue until 15 minutes before our first session.

What should I bring with me to the sessions?

This is a working event so please bring everything you need for success! Laptops, phones, notebooks are welcomed.

What will the weather be like?

A little warm during the day but mostly pleasant, and probably cooler in the evenings. Typically in October, Austin temperatures average highs from 75-80°F and lows 60-65 °F.

What should I wear?

Business casual is great! To us, that means jeans and a blazer, a comfy dress and a cardigan, a polo and chino pants, or something along those lines! Ultimately, our team is going to prioritize comfort (especially when it comes to shoes!). We'll be packing a light jacket just in case the rooms are cold or we want to take an evening walk under the Texas moon!

Can I choose what track I want to take?

Yep! This year, we’re changing things up a bit and letting you take the reigns. While you’ll still have the opportunity to focus on a specific track and area of your business, you’ll be free to attend sessions and tracks in other areas too!

Do I have to attend all of the general sessions and tracks?

Nope, its okay if you don’t want to attend every single session and need a break/breather.

I’m an introvert -- will there be time for me to work solo and recharge?

Absolutely! Even more than last year. The AdThrive team works remotely, so we’ll be right there with you trying to meet everyone but also get a little work done in our spare time too. We’ll have designated times for you to take breaks, have a one-on-one session with friends, or take a quick nap.

Will AdThrive be filming the sessions?

Select sessions may be recorded and posted at a later date. If you’re able to attend in person, we highly recommend it over waiting for replays! 😉

Should I bring my baby?

We completely understand that it’s difficult to leave a little one at home! However, this will be an intensive working conference and childcare will not be provided.
