AdThrive - Accelerate Summit FAQs

Who Is The AdThrive Accelerate Summit Geared Towards?

AdThrive Accelerate Summit is for professional publishers in the AdThrive Community looking to improve their business.

How Much Does It Cost To Attend?

Because we believe in your business and want to invest in your success, AdThrive is covering the full cost of one ticket to the event (that's $799!) for our AdThrive members who want to attend! Attendees are responsible for paying for their hotel, travel and some meals. A $149 deposit (which will be refunded to you at the Summit) secures your spot.

You’ll also get tons of tools, reading material and information specific to your tracks, and a swag bag full of fun goodies!

Can I sell/transfer my ticket?

We know last minute things come up! If for some reason you won’t be able to attend the AdThrive Accelerate Summit, please let the AdThrive team know ASAP at info@adthrive.com. Tickets cannot be sold/transferred/exchanged without consent from the AdThrive team.

Are refunds available?

Since AdThrive is providing Summit tickets for free, refunds are not available. However, you will be refunded the $149 deposit after you’ve checked in at the Summit.

What airport should I fly into?

Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is located just 7 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. A quick Uber or cab ride and you’re there!

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

See driving directions from the hotel right here. The hotel offers a shuttle service through Super Shuttle for a fee -- call (512) 258-3826. We’re also fans of RideAustin, Uber and Lyft!

Where do I park?

The hotel offers valet parking for $42 plus tax overnight or self-parking for $32 plus tax for overnight guests in an underground secured lot.

Do I have to stay at the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown?

Nope! You're welcome to stay throughout Austin. Check out another nearby hotel, use Airbnb (so many fun local places!), or stay with friends - your choice!

Can I share a room at the Omni with other attendees?

We would LOVE for you to share a room! Need help finding a roommate? Feel free to send a shout out in the AdThrive Accelerate Summit Facebook group!

Are you going to feed me all day?

We’re planning to make you work hard so we’ll have yummy breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks throughout the day. We also hope you’ll get to enjoy exploring the awesome local restaurants and nightlife in Austin as well!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We’ll do our very best to cater to any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please make sure to let us know at support@adthrive.com ahead of time.

What’s the internet situation?

We’ve got you covered! We will provide internet access throughout the duration of the conference (note that the hotel itself doesn’t offer free Wi-Fi).

When and where do I pick up my Summit ticket and badge?

We’ll have everything ready and waiting for you when you check-in at the Summit! Please make sure to have a government-issued ID so we can verify your identity. Check-ins will begin at 8 AM and continue until 15 minutes before our first session.

What should I bring with me to the sessions?

This is a hands-on working event so please bring everything you need for success! We encourage every attendee to bring a laptop if possible. Tablets, cameras, phones, notebooks are welcomed as well. We ask that professional cameras are only used in the video track session for projects. None of the other sessions should be professionally recorded.

What will the weather be like?

Mostly pleasant, but probably cooler in the evenings. Typically in March, Austin temperatures average highs from 69-75°F and lows 48-55 °F.

What should I wear?

Business casual is great! To us, that means jeans and a blazer, a comfy dress and a cardigan, a polo and chino pants, or something along those lines! Ultimately, our team is going to prioritize comfort (especially when it comes to shoes!). We'll be packing a light jacket just in case the rooms are cold or we want to take an evening walk under the Texas moon!

Can I change my project track?

Now that registration has closed, project track lists are finalized so we can facilitate pre-Summit meetings and send out preparatory materials to each group. We know you'll glean valuable insights no matter which track you take!

Do I have to attend all of the general sessions and tracks?

Nope, its okay if you don’t want to attend every single session. We do ask that you attend all of your track sessions in order to make sure you don’t miss out on any project opportunities!

Can I attend sessions for other tracks outside of what I’ve chosen?

All of our track session leaders will lead a general session in addition to their intensive track sessions so you’ll have the opportunity to still learn from them as well! We do ask that you stick to your chosen track during intensive sessions since that time will be geared toward completing your project.

Will AdThrive be filming the sessions?

The Summit won’t be recorded in its entirety this year -- only select sessions may be recorded and posted at a later date. If you’re able to attend, we highly recommend it over waiting for replays! ;)

Should I bring my baby?

We completely understand that it’s difficult to leave a little one at home! However, this will be an intensive working conference and childcare won’t be provided.
