After the holidays, when people have been at their most gluttonous, their focus on taking control of their health returns with a vengeance, and they are now looking to reign in those unhealthy habits.
Health resolutions are some of the most popular New Year’s resolutions to make — in fact, 71% of resolutions in 2019 were focused on health including getting in shape, losing weight, accomplishing certain athletic goals, and/or focusing on mental health.
